Correct residence, despite the location in a dirty area which is occupied by drug dealers at night.
The apartments are not fully furnished as they lack microwave oven, dishes, kitchen utensils, blankets and cleaning supplies.
Internet is not particularly powerful but if one has a little patience it is enough.
Obvious lack of shelves given that we only have a bookcase, a space under the sink and a small cupboard in which there is the water heater, without storage for clothes. It is necessary to add personal furniture for the apartment to be comfortable in the longer term.
There were problems with non-residents entering the residence without keys, squatting in the stairwell and dumping their urine there almost every day, and cleaning was not done; but this problem is solved (fortunately).

The elevator is anything but reassuring: the dim light, the slowness, the stability and the broken tiling of the floor of the elevator make one not feel comfortable there. Useful when carrying something heavy.

In short, a decent residence, but nothing more.
