Placed an order late in the afternoon and called customer service early the very next morning to cancel. The tracking indicated the order was still in processing and was only a pending charge on my card. Around 4 pm I received a system generated email that stated my order was already shipped and could not be canceled. Odd since the tracking still reflected NOT shipped and my card not charged. Now I have to return the item and pay shipping. Customer service is key but obviously not with this company. First and last order with this company
