Refreshing new approach to the legal side of remortgaging after years of chasing lawyers it was good to see them 'chasing' me for further information! Their web based portal worked very well and was kept totally up to date. It may not be everyone's cup of tea but when I needed to speak to someone I was always able to reach my appointed contact without problem. GPL were appointed by my new lender but after an excellent experience I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who enjoys efficiency and is not wanting to waste time with a continual dialogue on the phone with their lawyer...!!!
