Excellent service from Amy and the team. Everything was dealt with immediately I phoned or emailed. I used the portal as much as possible as it is brilliant. It made it so easy to upload documents - mine was a difficult HMO mortgage and I needed to send about fifty documents! Really good to know exactly where you are all the time. Thank you very much.
