My experience with Di Bello roofing was very good from start to finish. My wife and I are satisfied customers and have recommended them to several friends/neighbors. We were referred to them by a friend who used them a few years prior. The salesman/project mgr showed up on time to do the estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out several things about the job that other companies giving me quotes did not do. The price we got was very competitive so we decided to move forward with them doing the job. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed their work on time. They were all very polite and worked hard. They left the work area clean. A few weeks after the work was done we had the first heavy rain storm and noticed a small leak in one of the skylights on the roof. DiBello customer service was responsive, immediately scheduling someone to come out to repair the leak. It actually took 2 tries to fix it but they stayed with it till it was done. We are very happy customers and recommend them without hesitation.
