After only our first experience with Jon Wayne we knew we had a company we could count on. I called the company a few months back when my elderly parents home needed plumbing repairs. Since I live in another city I needed to speak to the repair man first to explain that my mother also has dementia. He did an amazing job being patient with my parents and taking the time to explain the repair. Fast forward to yesterday I called the company again but this time for an electrical issues at my parents house. Again they did a great job communicating with me long distance about the repairs and doing a great job fixing the issue.
