So far my experience has been so so. I came in and was given a quote on a car - the price of the quote was reasonable and at the top end of the market price value for the car. They had agreed to about $8000 for the car. I asked them to look at possibly taking my car for a trade in and they asked what I wanted for the car... they met me where I was at and I thought we reached a fair deal... then at the time of crunching numbers the price of the car was back up to $10K+ because they gave us maybe more for my car then they wanted so they made up the difference by jacking the car price back up. So that sorta sucked. I was told the anti theft package was just included - but then they charged $350 for it and said that it s not mentioned in the price of the car but that it s not optional. The admin fee was $500. So just be prepared that the bottom line price won t be what you pay in the end - there will be several other things added. Overall the speed of which the process was completed was good. The service was good and overall I am content with the deal. A bit more honesty in the process would have built trust and long term loyalty. That was not achieved. I walked away feeling it was an acceptable business transaction but not a lot more than that.
