I went to Creative IT due to spillage on Asus notebook. I spoke to Sam, he explained process and costs; once all agreed they opened the laptop in front of me and explained what would be done. So from the start, the whole process was very transparent and at no time, I felt they tried to talk up the problem. Superb and quick service and if [god forbid] I ever found myself in a similar situation, I would definitely use them again
