I LOVE THIS PLACE! I'm in the best shape and health in my life and I owe it HDT! The sessions are challenging and effective. I felt and saw the difference the first month, and 15 months later I'm still here. After so many gym memberships, personal trainers and fitness classes, I finally found a fitness coach that helped me see results, is knowledgeable, provides great advice and guidance.
