Businesses Beware!

Just got off the phone with one of the sales reps, Evelyn. I was told yesterday that UGSM could fulfill most of the items I was requesting. Ok fine. Today I was told they couldn't fulfill an additional item after I had already talked to my customer. Less ok.

Ended up speaking with Evelyn who, after I pressed (firmly but politely) to try and get the item told me I shouldn't make promises to my customers that I can't keep. Nice. She then repeatedly interrupted me and told me maybe I should find a different supplier (you're absolutely right Evelyn!). I told her she was being rude and asked to speak with whoever was above her. She refused to give me any contact information.

She then proceeded to BUMP MY MINIMUM SPEND LIMIT TO $5000, effectively removing me from doing business with them.

Wish I recorded the call because it was insanely unprofessional, but my spend limit bump is proof enough.

Do not even consider doing business with them, their employees are apparently allowed to pick fights with their clients with zero oversight.
