I am not sure if anyone has had the same experience but they convinced my mother that she could qualify for a grant to help offset the costs of care at this facility. They could never tell her who the grant was from or what the qualifications were, but they lead her to believe they could help her get into the facility at a reduced cost. Once they sold my mother on the facility they proceeded to tell her that in order to receive a grant they would need to speak to all of her children and find out what their annual income was. My mother let them know that she had no interest in getting her children involved and would not stay there if it was dependent on the family paying the fees. They proceeded to call my sister against my mother s wishes. When my sister let them know that she didn t feel comfortable giving her financial information my mother quickly became disqualified. At this point it sure seems like they use the idea of a grant to do nothing more than get someone interested. Once they get you interested you quickly find out that there is no such grant to be given. Nothing more than a scam. It sickens me to no end that they would stoop to such low levels to rent units. I would steer clear of sending anyone to this facility. I will be reporting them to the better business as well!
