I bought new deep fryer, when I tested it it was defective and need to change out thermometer, I dont want the new product that is defective and repaired so i wanted to return it but they can not except return because I tested it by putting the oil in deep fryer(how can you test the deep fryer if it is working correctly without starting up?) horrible customer service and horrible policies
