2 stars and the only reason is the food. In January 2016, I slipped and not only dislocated my knee, I also suffered a patella rupture. I came to the emergency room which unfortunately I can not recommend!

As first of all, the emergency doctors on the spot did not manage to retract my knee. Therefore, from the hospital where I can first wait under severe pain for 2 HOURS until a CT was made (it was also the Patellabruch out) and finally my knee was set back!

I was also shipped to a kind of patient waiting room with beds. There it went already: There was a woman in the room in the Eastern European dialect has repeatedly called for water: "Help ... I thirst ... Hiiilfeee" 10 minutes later: Still no one came to give the poor woman water , Called the nurse, another 5 minutes later finally comes a nurse, the nurse reacted very dry and again 10 minutes later, she finally came with water ...

Then I should be operated on, but did not go that day, Saturday late in the evening. I should be operated on the next day (if I had been a private patient ...).

So, the next day (Sunday) it was said I have to wait until Monday because the operating rooms are all overflowing! Wow! Another day I lay around with severe pain! I say again only if I had been a private patient I would have been operated on right away!

Then finally came my OP, more typical course. Next problem: I EXPLICITLY pointed out that I have a HISTAMIN-INTOLERANCE and should therefore not take any opiates, but instead I was run there as an "opiate allergic" .... As a result, she had given me diclofenac in a strong pain episode to have. Hello? Diclo is known to increase histamine levels -> No go for people with histamine intolerance !!! ??? I also experienced afterwards. Competence schonmal 0. If you suffer from "rare" diseases or intolerances you should NOT trust the competence of the doctors there. It's best to google any drug for your own intolerance!

Medication for the patients are in the hallway in ceramic pens in front of the rooms. Any idiot could theoretically pocket all medias at night. Again very unprofessional.

Internet and television costs there 3 per day plus an outrageous activation fee of a whopping 15 ! If you do not want to be bored then you have to dig deep into your pocket, a joke and an impertinence! Absolute usury for this outdated tube screen!



During the operation, I also lost about half of my patellar cartilage, which they probably could not fix. I think slowly that this was just another sloppiness on her part! But unfortunately I can not prove that.

Conclusion: Only the food was really good, but that's not enough to compensate for the catastrophic deficiencies in other areas.
