I was notified by Joe Cotton Ford that it was time for my first service on my new Escape; they said no appointment was needed, just come on in. I was kind leary that, without an appointment, I may be waiting half of the day, but it was only a little after an hour, and everything was done and of course, covered by new car warranty!
