I had the yellowfin tuna salad, and it was great. The salad dressing they use is very good. However, my partner had the tuna steak, and it was extreamly overcooked considering the style of the tuna steak. Over all, the food was good, just maybe shouldnt cook the tuna steak so much. Also i would say that there could be a better effort for a more sustainable way of serving the guests. By this, I mean that everything they served us with was disposable. Plates napkins, silverware, all of it was disposable and will be brought to the landfill. Not environmentally sustainable.
