4 calls to customer service to resolve poor shopping experience and I have given up!
Very badly creased tie which was a result of the sales person folding it several times despite me advising him not to. The creases mean it looks unironed despite me ironing it on silk mode. This tie is very expensive and I regret buying it. Selfridges customer service have promised 3 call backs to resolve the issue and I'm still waiting for over 2 months
Furthermore, I tried to order home products on line and experienced problems with password verification and despite 3 password attempts with new links , I called customer service who put the fault with the Apple software I am using . How pathetic is this ? Would it not have been better to take my order over the phone and resolve the issue . I've wasted over an hour and half on this latter problem
