I have been w Webhiway (known to our neighborhood as Web-sloway/apparently a subsidiary of Sprocket Comm., for several years). Speedtests show it is the slowest internet in the World. It is regularly gives speeds below dialup, goes off in the evenings and weekends, and can be down for days at a time. They canceled my service because I had the nerve to complain. I'd give Webhiway ZERO stars if I could.
