Pity I can't give no stars because that would more perfectly reflect my opinion of Aviva (pension) service. They don't answer the phone once you've received recorded option message... and I don't mean they keep you waiting 45 minutes and then answer...they don't answer even after an hour waiting; not just at peak times either. They also don't answer emails. And if you want a real laugh (or cry/scream) try their "live" chat.
It's dead!
Oh and one more thing: their online web service is an absolute nightmare. On the very rare occasion that I have actually got to speak someone, they've been helpful...sort of... so I imagine their main problem must be chronic staff shortage.
Whatever it is...they are a dreadful company. And I'm now giving up on trying to get in contact.
