The room was OK. The bathroom was a bit in need of deep clean or repair to the tiling and grout. There was little else to do other than the swimming pool. The service from people who worked there was below average. People were unfriendly, and at times even difficult to ask questions about local attractions and things to do outside of the hotel. Charges to room were awful. You (hotel staff) need to have the receipt signed everytime, immediately at the point of delivery please as we had a lot of unknown charges.
