During this pandemic many companies have restructured customer service downsizing or eliminating live personnel. I was so frustrated and alone in my attempts to solve a consumer issue with a large company until I tried the BBB which helped me to resolve my issue favorably and quickly. It was a very easy process and the resolution met my high expectations. I felt that my efforts were successful because the BBB championed my cause. It satisfied my issue and restored my faith in the company with which I had problems. I have great thankfulness for the BBB and would like to encourage others to use their services.
