I would not recommend this company. They were very unprofessional and the quality of their work was lacking (to say the least). We hired Infinity HI to install a 6' sliding patio door to replace a traditional swinging entry door. They began the morning by starting to cut a hole in the wrong location (taking out a window rather than the existing door). The installer tried blaming us for his mistake saying that's where we told him we wanted it to go. The door would have been installed 6' to the left of the end of our deck, leaving an 8' drop in front of the sliding door. Additionally, why would we want a 6' sliding door next to a traditional swinging entry door? That issue never did get fixed, rather they offered $ to repair it myself. Infinity then continued installing the door (in the correct location) however installed the wrong (a much cheaper version) door. 4 weeks later the correct door was installed yet the window issue remained. We continued to go back and forth on repairing the damaged drywall and stool around the window for another 3 months before they finally just cut me a check. I called numerous (at least a dozen times) and was continuously told the installation manager was on another line or out of the office and never received a call back until I put a complain in with the BBB. Finally, we never did receive any paperwork regarding the door or the energy tax credit paperwork they promised on four separate occasions stating it was in the mail. This company could care less about its customers and its quality (or lack thereof) of work. Avoid at all costs.
