An absolute garbage fire. Despite never doing an inspection of a rental property, complained about the cleanliness of a rental property to another prospective agent. Did not communicate during the bond return process, and charged things against the bond without consulting tenant first, even after an explicit request for a quote. Failed to replace defective smoke alarm in a rental property. Failed to act on other tentants illegally occupying a car space in a rental property. Failed to act on another tentant illegally occupying a storage cage. Only takes rental payments by cash, cheque, or direct debit.
