The IINet team listen to what I mentioned. They always in a calm manner and are willing to go to the far end of planet to help their customers. I try to have a list of questions already made on paper that being prepared, means that in a calm manner I can voice my problems with end result of getting the job/problem fixed. They have a clear "no nonsense" billing system that I understand has no underling hidden costs, that might trap customers. I know everyone has there preferences, along with a big choice to choose from in this world. When "your on a good wicket" try to stick with the company who is loyal with their customers and looks after them.
