No stars but it won't let us post without choosing at least one star. Shaw had a Hot Spot set up on our business premises and when they came to remove the equipment they unplugged our network. Now we are paying for data because we had no guest network and we had to pay our IT person to find out what happened. This was not an easy plug to unplug so we are very unhappy with the idiot from Shaw that thought it was a good idea to unplug our network. DO NOT allow Shaw anywhere near your computer equipment!!!
