We enter the dog building and wait for a person to show us around. When the person who gives you a tour tries to talk, you ant even hear them. We specifically said we want a small dog and we can't have a big dog. there was only one small dog but he showed us the other dogs who were all big. we said we wanted to play with the little dog, but right as we were walking towards it, someone else pulled it out to play. instead of letting us wait to play with the dog after the people before us, they practically pushed us out the door. Not a good way to run a shelter.
