I feel cheated!!!!!! The company installed blinds for me, after 13 months something happened and fell down. You came "Serwisant" under the warranty, where they stated that it was an error of use and repair 800zl, after which as I refused, he wished me 50z for the ride, where he said on the phone that he came under the guarantee for free. A call-center technician from another company repaired it in 10 minutes without any additional parts, which turned out to be a mistake in the assembly and the door caught in the guides because the rollers were installed incorrectly, the plastic became hard from the cold and hooked on the guides which resulted in detaching the tabs from yourself (thankfully without damaging any of the tabs).
I believe that a "service technician" from the company Dark-Roll for which the owner of the company is responsible, because he employs him and sends him on his behalf, tries to pull people.
I do not recommend it, I will never take this company again, even under the guarantee, NEVER.
After reporting this situation to the owner, I was called by this "serviceman" to find out how much I paid to this other company because he saw the rolls were bent, it's a pity that he did not say that and that's the reason for this failure.
