If I could rate a zero I would. I experienced horrible customer service from multiple representatives as well as supervising employees. They have an outdated system to submit payments. I attempted to get help and they basically refused and instead gave me the option to pay over the phone with a fee. I asked if anyone else could help me and was told no. I then asked for a supervisor. I was put on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. Clown show of a company.
