...was in this morning for a pre-employment fingerprinting, as required for federal government position. While the ISN website clearly states that "The price for the service is $0.00", I was charged $52.00. While i expect that the website statement is an honest error (and I pointed out the information on the website before paying) make sure that you ask what the charges will be before proceeding. Make no assumptions - while some providers of this service are paid directly from the requesting government agency, that is not always the case.
The lady who did the actual work was polite, personable, and professional.
