I was out of the country when my initial consult letter was sent and had missed the window to establish my first visit. After getting transferred from one VA rep to another, I eventually ended up speaking with Stephanie from Eligibility. She took the time to hear my story and was able to help me complete what was needed to originate another consult letter. Very pleased with the service provided by her.
