My sales representative, Zheng Wang, is very professional and polite. He listened to both my wife and I explaining on what we need for our next vehicle and suggested 328 xDeive GT might be the car suitable for us. Then he took us for a test drive and took time to explain the unique features of this GT model. He was very patient and never pushed us to make an impulse purchase decision. In the end we decided on a white 328 GT plus winter tire package. On the day of the delivery, he text me about 45 min before our appointment to notified us the vehicle was ready. Upon arrival, We noticed this car was fully detailed, snow tires were already being installed , the original oem rim and tires were packaged in clean plastic bags and stored in the trunk.
This is definitely my best car purchase experience by far, and I will highly recommend Zheng Wang and BMW Toronto to my family members and friends for their vehicle purchase.
