Terrible experience using them to manage our property. No supporting documentation for financials , financial packets were a mess and not labeled or organized, checks were issued unsigned, no invoices or documents for tax purposes. When questions were asked regarding the financials it was excuse after excuse and very defensive language instead of corrective action. Beware if they are handling the financial side.

Did a fair job of the property management side, but there wasn t much to do.

Zero communication on continuing screening though a tenant had already been found.

Thankful we were able to escape the arraignment.
