I originally was going to give o'Haras a 5 star review because I was here at lunch time for a refreshing drink. My two children (aged 3 and 2) were fast asleep in their stroller and to give them time to sleep I popped into O'Hares for a quick pint and their service was spot on. They were respectful and considerate. However, we (this time with my wife) came back on my recommendation on that same evening and our boy who is 2 decided he wasn't going to play game and was in a bad mood. Whilst trying to calm him down and be respectful to patrons the duty manager came over told us to leave as our boy was upsetting everyone. It was literally a minute of him crying as some kids do! Sometimes kids kick off and you have to calm them down and once they do they're fine. But hey we got kicked out. Seems either the duty manager doesn't like kids and is not a good reflection of the bar. It's not a nice way to treat the paying customer and only wanted to eat and relax. The ironic thing is it was during pride month a time where we teach tollirance and respect. Maybe the duty manager needs to step outside and learn a little bit about the beautiful New Yorkers and their respect for others.
