Good price... poor customer communication. We had a very inexpensive rug cleaned there and they were willing to hold it until we had the area painted. We were called by a very irritated person saying that we had to pay for the cleaning, even though they were still holding the rug. We were happy to do that, however, in our initial communication there wasn't any mention of paying prior to pick up. He acted like we were trying to be cheap. Not a good experience communication wise.
