We found a car online that we wanted at Lithia. I live out of the state of Texas and was able to take care of most of the process over the phone and through text with Philip Underwood, our salesman. Philip was super helpful, took care of all the details, and was super friendly. The process was very easy and was quick. Philip even called the next day to see how our drive back home was and if everything was to our satisfaction. We are Toyota people and WILL be back to Lithia of Abilene and we will work with Philip Underwood. It's worth the drive!
