first, there is no internet upstairs. it works fine in the lobby and by the pool, but otherwise youre not really going to have a connection. it goes away pretty much constantly. speaking of the heated pool, it is not heated. the room is decently steamy but the pool is really cold. i couldnt get all the way in it. almost like the water in the rooms - the temperature cannot be controlled. if you put the faucet on a medium temperature, it constantly fluctuations from burning hot to ice cold. kinda like the temperature in the room. anyway, not to mention that the water is not clear, its pretty foggy. also, the rooms look nothing like the pictures
other than that, our room had a few issues that might be isolated. the timer on the microwave did not work. the fridge buzzes so loud constantly. the room was pretty gross when we got there, with a decent amount of dust and a used kleenex on top of the closet/cabinet. the workers were nice which is about the only positive thing i can say
