I would leave negative stars if possible. I ve had nothing but issues each time I dealt with this location. First of all, when I purchased my subaru last year I was told it was certified pre-owned and came with a warranty. You can imaging my surprise when a few months later I got a letter stating my warranty had expired. I brought it back for issues with the paint being chipped in places and my window skips funky when it s raining, brought it in, nothing was fixed and they said they didn t know about the issues when I purchased it although the service invoice for the previous owner was left in the glove box for the window issue. Skip to last month when my air conditioner went out, they told me there was a crack in the condenser. I purchased an extended warranty through a different company so no problem, I brought it in to be fixed. I was getting ready to move out of state so I had them do an oil change and rotate my tires which I paid out of pocket for (obviously no big deal I understand that). A few days later my air conditioner stopped working again and my tire
Light came on. I brought it back and this time they said it was my compressor and that I had a leak in my front right tire where it had been patched. Funny since a few days prior I had them rotate my tires and that exact tire had been patched months before. (Remember this is a subaru so it s AWD and there is no excuse for it to not have been rotated). When I went to the service department the man repeatedly told me that it s not my fault and there s no reason to be upset well... seeing as they ripped me off for services that were never done obviously it is not my fault and I found it very unprofessional he felt the need to tell me this multiple times. As if this was not bad enough, after my out of state move my AC quits working now for the THIRD time in less than a Month. I bring it to the local Subaru here and low and behold, there is a crack in the ac condenser. Now this subaru is trying to file a claim on my warranty who cannot get ahold of the Subaru in fort myers to find out why they never actually fixed my car in the first place. Seriously, I do not recommend doing business with them. They are savages and care only about their own bottom line.
