Very bad Russian tour operator has strongly discouraged. We booked through our French agency two single rooms, which upon arrival at the hotel these rooms were not reserved. We paid for these rooms in France. After contacting Going Russia
They put the booking error on the French agency and asked us to pay ourselves
the problem in calling our agency, as we were on a Sunday, Going Russia demanded that we re-arrange these rooms to be able to have them. Two days later they admitted to making a mistake and we were refunded.
We continued our stay, but with many other disappointments, because this tour operator has big problems in organizing his travels.
