This company is so unprofessional that I'm taking ...

This company is so unprofessional that I'm taking the time to write a review about them. I was hit by one of their clients. I was stopped at a red light and the truck crashed into me. the police came and wrote the report. clearly the truck behind me was at fault. I found out that when police gives the report to you it does not say who is at fault so I asked the police man and he explained that when the report is written the vehicle at fault is listed as first vehicle. Obviously in the report the truck that hit me in the back was listed first. On top of that I found out that you can go online and you can buy a more detailed report for $10 where there is more information about the accident. At first I called Ascendant and explained the situation and opened a claim. Claim #CA28402. after giving my written statement and sending pictures of the accident to the lady that is handling my case Juliet Amaya I was only waiting for the appraiser to evaluate the damage. appraiser came after multiple attempts and evaluated the damage. After that I waited and since there was no commutation back to me I decided to call Juliet Amaya (the Ascendant adjuster) she then said that their insured had given a new statement saying that they were not at fault. and I was SHOCKED!. I said what about the police report? she claimed that the policeman had not been a witness... Really???? which policeman witness an accident??? I started to get frustrated so I went ahead and bought the detailed report online and this clearly shows that I was stopped and the car crashed into my rear fender while I was stopped waiting for the green light. the report literally reads: "Drivers Actions at Time of Crash (first): 2 Operated MV in Careless or Negligent Manner" when I saw this I'm like wow!! Ascendant is shrugging the police report. the accident happened on July 13th 2020. Today 11/4/20 I'm still waiting to hear back from Juliet Amaya. last email she wrote me on 9/28/20 she said that they had requested the body camera to the police department and they could not do anything until management review the footage..... Really??? what are they supposed to see on that footage? the policeman writing the report?? I'm past frustration at this point. 4 months have gone by and my car has started to rust on the damaged area. this is the most unprofessional service I've ever seen in my entire life. I humbly suggest that people stay away from companies like this. now I feel defeated by the strong and have to call my insurance and pay $1000 deductible out of pocket. I know this is a long review but I wanted to state the facts and let people know what this company is really about. thank you
