I have been studying Taekwondo on and off for almost 20 years now and have seen more than my fair share of schools. PMAA is arguably one of the most organized, disciplined and well rounded schools I have ever trained at. I'm not sure where the negative comments are coming from, since each class is a pretty big mix of all shapes, sizes, ages and colours, both on the student and instructor side. I am military and like a school that has discipline and structure. This school has both and, more important than those - fun and respect. If you want self-confidence for you or your child, go here.
