Very bad with poor response from their managment and the entire company.

I own a unit managed by one of their groups and the building is all over the news for the wrong reasons . Search Aura building down town and read how it made the news .

Communication from management on all occasions was bad and when I complained the general manager said that my attitude was bad so she can find the easy way out and not talk to me . I have email trails asking her for answers on concerns around my unit and building. I tried to reach another escalation point at ICC to address this matter , however no one can help and phone gets transferred to people that never call you back

You would think that property managers work for your interest but sound like you are working for them.

I own other condos downtown and I have to admit that dealing with ICC has been the worst experience
