After I ended the night and went to my room the security latch had locked me out of my room. I had to call the engineering department where it took them almost two hours to get me back in my room. They had to use a crowbar to pry the door open. I just got off the phone with them and all they could offer me was a $40 refund for the resort fee. Very disappointed with their customer service, considering the amount I payed to stay there, as well as how much I spent in the casino. I will be booking elsewhere for ALL of my upcoming trips to Vegas!
