We agreed on a price for a used car. I gave them my credit info and a down payment over the phone. They called me back to tell me the car would not be delivered b/c a part needed to be replaced and GM couldn't ship it. I asked them if they could pull the part from another similar vehicle and the response was "we don't want to have to pay labor on it". Here is the deal- that was your error and you had the opportunity to absorb $600 (probably closer to $300) in cost to do the right thing for the customer. It took me years to learn that lesson in business and it has never failed me.
