With the dam pandemic it's even worst though. I understand the pandemic part but, they're really only there to make money on people's hope that their animal could recover. Tests, tests, tests and horribly expensive medication. They didn't even administer the 1st dose. Even after being told they were done and they would give me the prescription, I had to wait near 45 minutes in the parking to get my cat back! How hard is it to put a few pills in a bottle and give me the bill? And in conclusion.
