The people at Lamps Plus were very friendly and helpful. I have a tall cathedral ceiling and a slope which makes it difficult to find the right ceiling fan. Workers took time to answer questions and provide information. One gave me print outs with specs on some fans. The fan is great and is worth every penny. Definitely a better experience than Home Depot or lowes. I would shop there again.
