I have been with Pulse Energy for 2 years. When leaving them due to a move, I was initially charged $150 because I could not give 30 days notice as per contract terms. After contacting the Marketing department to complain about the charge, I was promptly and kindly called by Risa of the Resolution department of Pulse Energy, who recognised that we had been good customers for almost two years (only 2 days short) and waived the $150 fee.
Well done to a company who understand customer's difficulties to strictly follow Terms & Condition of their contract. I would not hesitate to use their services again and to recommend them!
