I was called and advised the repairman would be here soon. He arrived within the timeframe provided. He was courteous and professional.
I was not impressed by his assessment of all outside lighting and his way overpriced estimate.
He removed the balast in both kitchen lights and thus bypassed the balast concept.
He installed new bulbs and it is much brighter in the kitchen.
My only complaint is the bottom line price. I realize he is a licensed electrician but thought the price was excessive.
