I called several times for a racoon emergency .......

I called several times for a racoon emergency .....A racoon is in my living room ....the guy said is nothing he can do because there is a dead dog emergency and they only have one truck ...i been calling all night since 11pm and now he is not answering ....I'm reporting this to the news reporters and tv news ...I'm in media and philadelphia this the worse experience
