The national park and the trails are open to public even after 5 pm. We arrived late, around 5.30 pm and walked around for about an hour. Trails along the river are cool and well shaded by large trees. Highly recommended for a hot summer day. You can get into the water from several access points. Great spot for a picnic and swim. Historical buildings are cool, great for photography.
