I've been very disappointed the last two times I was in your place my wife's Honda I made appointment and I waited like three hours just getting oil change . I was in yesterday with my new Odyssey for Oil change and both times my Honda Odyssey and civic were not washed at the end . Therefore I probably will look elsewhere for my service work !
