I continue to be impressed by Pyramid. From the initial estimate to the original installers, the office staff, and the technicians who come to service our split, we've had nothing but excellence. Polite, professional, and just really nice men and women. I have no hesitation to recommend them publicly, and I'm disappointed in myself that I forgot to do this after the installation. Better late than never I suppose, and if you're intending to get AC and heating in your home give Pyramid a chance to impress you as well.
